We recommend our MoveMuma Restore Sessions for those women who are in the first 12 months of their post-natal journey, to ensure the return to exercise is safe and effective. We spend a little more time focusing on core reactivation, endurance and strength, and laying a solid strength foundation without annihilating you.
We also recommend our MoveMuma Restore Sessions for any woman who has had children, no matter what their age, and have not fully retrained their strength and control in their abdominals and pelvic floor.Please ensure you complete this registration form, so we can get you ready to join us in our next trail sessions!
