Woohoo! Thank you for registering to come MOVE with us in our MOVEMUMA fitness sessions and online programs designed for mums.  

I have a fantastic group of like-minded women currently training with us at MumaBubs and enjoying some well-deserved 'me time' every time they join us.

I am proud to be raising the standard through working closely with Women's Health Physiotherapists to ensure you are properly looked after and are set with tools for life that will help you to re-build from the inside out and reach your full potential as both the woman that you are and the mother you have become.

For our MoveMuma Fit Sessions we run TRIALS for our sessions 4 times a year at the start of each 'block' of training:

Block 1: 25 January 2021 - 18 February 2021

Block 2: 19 April 2021 - 30 April 2021

Block 3: 19 July 2021 - 31 July 2021

Block 4: 11 October 2021 - 24 October 2021

If you are interested in trialing a MoveMuma Fit Sessions with us please fill in your details below with your preferred trial session and time OR ask us a question AND we will do our best to fit you in and ensure you are well looked after.  

We recommend our MoveMuma Restore Sessions for those women who are in the first 12 months of their post-natal journey, to ensure the return to exercise is safe and effective. We spend a little more time focusing on core reactivation, endurance and strength, and laying a solid strength foundation without annihilating you.

We also recommend our MoveMuma Restore Sessions for any woman who has had children, no matter what their age, and have not fully retrained their strength and control in their abdominals and pelvic floor.
