Woohoo! Thank you for registering to come MOVE with us in our MOVEMUMA fitness sessions and online programs designed for mums.  

I have a fantastic group of like-minded women currently training with us at MumaBubs and enjoying some well-deserved 'me time' every time they join us.

I am proud to be raising the standard through working closely with Women's Health Physiotherapists to ensure you are properly looked after and are set with tools for life that will help you to re-build from the inside out and reach your full potential as both the woman that you are and the mother you have become.

For our MoveMuma Fit Sessions we run TRIALS for our sessions 4 times a year at the start of each 'block' of training:

Block 1: 20 January - 14 February 2020

Block 2: 4 May 2020 - 16 May 2020 (extended to 30 May 2020)

Block 3: 20 July 2020 - 7 August 2020

Block 4: 12 October 2020 - 23 October 2020

If you are interested in trialing a MoveMuma Fit session with us please fill in your details below with your preferred trial session and time OR ask us a question AND we will do our best to fit you in and ensure you are well looked after.  

Our MoveMuma MumaTime class is a pilates and yoga inspired session focusing on low intensity exercises for mobility, strength and endurance. We also incorporate stretching and some relaxation. The perfect way to end the week and start your weekend!

We recommend our MoveMuma Restore 4-Week Program for those women who are in the first 4-6 months of their post-natal journey, to ensure the return to exercise is safe and effective.

We also recommend our MoveMuma Restore 4-Week Program for any woman who has had children, no matter what their age, and have not fully retrained their strength and control in their abdominals and pelvic floor.

We are just confirming the date of our next MoveMuma Restore Program. 

Once the MoveMuma Restore has been completed, every participant will be ready to join our MoveMuma Fit sessions.

However, please ensure you have booked in your 15 minute chat with Jody AND complete this registration form, so we can get you ready to join us in our next trail sessions!
